Helpful information before you begin
Which appointment preferences can I specify?
Depending on the third-party system, the request can include an origin, destination, application category, city or centre, acceptable dates and the number of applicants. We confirm which criteria can be used before monitoring starts.
When does monitoring begin?
Monitoring begins after the request scope, required booking information and service fee have been agreed. We confirm activation through the contact channel used for the request.
Can I change my requirements after monitoring starts?
Contact us as early as possible. A small criteria change may be applied to the current request; a different destination, category or applicant group may require a new configuration and revised quote.
What if the provider later changes or cancels the appointment?
Appointment providers control their own schedules. If they change or cancel a booking, send us the notice and we will explain whether the agreed service includes further assistance or whether a new request is needed.
How is my personal information handled?
We use requested information to configure and carry out the booking service. Retention, third-party sharing and data-protection rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
